Product Development

The main goal of our Product team is to deliver the most exciting and entertaining experience to our customers. It’s a customer centric department that listens to the customer to tailor our Sportsbook, Casino and Gaming products around their needs.

Customer Experience

Our Customer Experience team are here to support our valued players with any and all queries they might have. We ensure that we resolve customer contacts fully, help players with KYC verification and ensure they get quick payouts when a withdrawal is requested. We also bridge communication between players and the business to ensure improvements can be implemented to ensure best in class experiences for the player.


The main focus of our Tech department is the operations and development of our technology and platform. This is the team that makes sure we keep operating, running and innovating on our proprietary iGaming platform – which is the backbone of our business!

As ComeOn Group holds licenses in various jurisdictions, our legal and compliance teams ensure all our brands are compliant at all times and also plays a key-role while entering new markets as they handle the license application processes.
